Returns & Refund Policy

At Silk Roots™, we want you to shop with confidence. Our returns policy complies with applicable South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Returns

Where applicable under ECTA, you may cancel your online purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Products should be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair-care and personal-care products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This does not affect your rights if the product is defective.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Where the CPA applies, defective goods may qualify for a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the timeframe required by South African law.
